Who's Magdalena Guerra? I was born on November 22, in Firgas, a town in the north of Gran Canaria, one of the Canary Islands. I like to enjoy nature, although sometimes I forget about my hobbie,... I like hiking, some paragliding or a simple walk and being with my family. In parallel: I love my work! What I enjoy most is being able to help people fulfill their idea of finding the home that becomes their home, because the home is made, that I can't sell it to them. To my colleagues, to help them achieve their goals, to see a commercial relationship turn into something that becomes friendship, in some cases, almost familiar, in which we will work together: the owners and I for the sale of their home. And on the other hand, make the dreams of people who like "my properties" come true. Since 2002 I have been enrified in the real estate world. In 2004, I embarked on the dream of my own real estate agency. A red, blue and white franchise that became a successful and well regarded agency in its first year of life. Since my beginnings, I have always been independent, researching how to solve each situation, always thinking of taking actions aimed at improving my business and eager to overcome. No one would say that that girl, who loved boys, who wanted to study childcare, would end up studying accounting and computer science and that she later did labor relations at ULPGC, starting a master's degree in Human Resources,... risk having her own real estate agency, being the first woman in the Canary Islands to buy a RE/MAX license. Later, I became an agent again and again, I risked creating a traditional real estate agency, in which I realized that my thing is to share and work with brand and teams. Now, for almost 5 years, I joined Century 21 and am Commercial Director at Century 21 Capital Lpa. I led a team of 7 real estate consultants, who are already getting results and are already independent. One of my advisors, in less than 6 months, won the Innovation Agent award, which I am very proud of.
