Inside it has a dining area, a sofa bed (brand new), a flat screen TV with cable channels, a toilet and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker and waterproof. On the second floor we have a bathroom with a large shower and a hair dryer. We also find a large room with fitted wardrobes and views of the pool. The monthly rent includes water, electricity and Wi-Fi. The complex is 10 minutes from the maspalomas lighthouse and Playa del Inglés, as well as 22 minutes from the airport. In the common areas we have a bar-restaurant, reception, swimming pool for adults and children and a laundry room. In Reception you will have weekly cleaning services at your disposal (at a certain price defined by reception) Conditions: economic solvency is required.
